The Assistant Case Manager provides case management support for a Reentry Service Center, checking in participants and assisting Case Managers, Substance Abuse Counselors, Employment/ Education Coordinators, and Supervising Case Managers with case coordination, case management, and documentation. Learns, uses and models the Principles of Effective Intervention (What Works) through evidence-based practices in all interactions with participants and staff members.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Checks-in all participants entering the facility. Complete drug screens according to assigned random schedule for each participant check-in and documents results within GEOTrack.</li><li>
Performs breath analysis on each participant who enters the facility for any purpose, provides a written or computerized result, and documents within GEOTrack/Company database.</li><li>
Completes initial &ldquo;Starting Point&rdquo; process with participants to completion, including Starting Point paperwork, input into Company database, and assignment of groups and other services.</li><li>
Provides general office administration duties, including answering phones; provides general customer service to all who enter the facility, including participants, customers, and the general public.</li><li>
Assists all RSC staff with case coordination, communication with appropriate official agencies, and preparation and distribution of reports.</li><li>

Qualifications:
