Role Overview:</b></p><p>
Lincoln Center is seeking a<b> Tech Lead - Consumer Products</b> to architect and deliver the next generation of patron-facing digital experiences. Reporting directly to the CTDO, this role will lead technical strategy across our core digital products&mdash;including the website, mobile app, account and identity services, wallet and entry, connected ticketing, membership journeys, and personalized discovery.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll be the senior engineer accountable for building scalable platforms and high-performing product experiences that serve millions of patrons. You will lead a cross-functional engineering team, collaborate with product and design leaders, and work closely with digital agency partners and Resident Arts Organizations to bring human-centered technology to the performing arts.</p><p><b>
What you&rsquo;ll get to do here:</b></p><ul><li>
Lead the architecture and development of Lincoln Center&rsquo;s core consumer product ecosystem.</li><li>
Own technical strategy for key patron-facing platforms: website, mobile app, ticketing flows, user accounts, payments, and digital services.</li><li>
Design modern, API-driven architecture enabling scalability, performance, and modular development.</li><li>
Establish engineering standards for reliability, accessibility, site performance, and platform maintainability.</li><li>
Collaborate with Product and Design leadership to deliver high-quality experiences with a clear user and business impact.</li><li>
Ensure strong integration with key systems such as Tessitura, Salesforce, payment gateways, and marketing platforms.</li><li>
Mentor engineers and build a high-performance development culture.</li><li>
Evaluate vendor solutions and make build-vs-buy recommendations.</li><li>
Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure compliance, security, and resilience.</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD, testing, code review, and operational excellence.</li></ul><p><b>

Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
7&ndash;10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.</li><li>
Proven experience architecting scalable consumer-facing platforms (web and/or mobile).</li><li>
Strong proficiency with modern development frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, or similar technologies.</li><li>
Familiarity with microservices, GraphQL/REST API design, event-driven architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>
Experience building integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ticketing, identity, payments).</li><li>
Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</li><li>
Experience with accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and SEO best practices.</li><li>
Bonus:</li><li>
Experience with Tessitura, ticketing platforms, or large-scale commerce.</li><li>
Experience with native iOS/Android or React Native app development.</li><li>
Experience working with design systems or component libraries.</li><li>
