Dharma Home Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced CHHA for an upcoming case in the Passaic County area supporting a home-based client with advanced Parkinson&rsquo;s.This is a consistent, ongoing opportunity in a structured home environment, with the potential to support an additional adult in the household with lighter care needs.About the Role<ul><li>Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities</li><li>Support a client with mobility limitations and higher care needs</li><li>Provide light support for a second adult in the home as needed</li><li>Ensure safety, comfort, and dignity at all times</li><li>Follow individualized care plans and communicate any changes in condition</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Morning, evening, and overnight shifts available</li><li>Opportunity for consistent weekly hours, including full-time</li></ul>LocationPassaic County (Paterson, Clifton, Passaic, and surrounding areas)Compensation<ul><li>$19.50 &ndash; $21.50/hour depending on experience and availability</li><li>Opportunities for consistent scheduling and long-term placement</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience with mobility support, transfers, and personal care</li><li>Experience with Parkinson&rsquo;s or higher-acuity clients strongly preferred</li><li>Reliable transportation highly preferred</li><li>Professional, patient, and dependable</li></ul>Minimum Requirements: <ul><li>Licensure: Must hold an active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing.</li><li>Physical Ability: Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of this position.</li><li>Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver&rsquo;s license, and proof of auto insurance.</li><li>References: Must provide at least two verifiable professional references.</li><li>Work History: Must provide verifiable employment history for the past 12 months.</li><li>Background Check: Must successfully pass a national criminal background check (including any additional screenings required by the State of New Jersey).</li><li>Health Requirements: Must provide proof of the following:</li><li>a. Valid physical examination within the last year</li><li>b. Negative TB test or chest X-ray</li><li>c.
