JOB PURPOSE:</b></p><p>

<p>The <b>Stewarding Supervisor</b> is responsible for overseeing daily stewarding operations within a luxury hotel, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational effectiveness. This position plays a key role in supporting the Culinary and Food &amp; Beverage teams while maintaining full compliance with five-star food safety and sanitation standards.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Supervise and coordinate stewarding activities across kitchens, restaurants, and banquet facilities</li><li>Prepare duty rosters, allocate tasks, and monitor staff performance</li><li>Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and back-of-house areas are maintained to luxury hospitality standards</li><li>Enforce strict compliance with food safety policies, hygiene regulations, and HACCP guidelines</li><li>Oversee the safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and machinery</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of stewarding areas to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness</li><li>Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies</li><li>Liaise with Culinary, F&amp;B, and Engineering teams to address operational needs and maintenance issues</li><li>Train and mentor stewarding team members on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and SOPs</li><li>Ensure effective waste disposal, recycling practices, and adherence to sustainability initiatives</li></ul><p><b>Skills &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li>Previous experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or Senior Steward within a luxury hotel or resort environment</li><li>Strong understanding of hygiene standards, HACCP principles, and sanitation procedures</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to supervise and develop a team</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Effective communication and coordination skills</li><li>Valid Food Safety and Hygiene certification required</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Stewarding Supervisor in Luxury  5 Star Hotels: 4 years (Required)</li></ul><p>Language:</p><ul><li>English  (Required)</li></ul><p>Location:</p><ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
