 The job is a major point of contact with the business and IT. Business Analyst will work independently and should have a high level of flexibility to consult with the business at all levels. They will need to have the ability to work closely with and build good relationships with all delivery partners and with Global Functions. Business Analyst is expected to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, taking a lead analyst role in larger projects, directing all analyst activity.

 To Be Successful, You Will
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Relevant experience in business analysis role on complex projects across countries or regions
 </li>
 <li>
 Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in business analysis, solution design, change &amp; implementation or consulting activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and proactively
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with running meetings over video or teleconference. Knowledge of MS Office and business analysis tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in change adaption processes, plan and implement change intervention to enable smooth transition and Embed changes and transitioned to Business as usual, from requirements gathering, communications till training final user.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with transformation changes Design &amp; Initiation (D&amp;I) are an advantage. Experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills. Proven ability to work across regions and senior stakeholders and business sponsors.

 Populate databases (e.g., drug information, company deals, pricing, launch dates, global market access statistics) with information provided from various sources including secondary data from information resources or research teams or data procured by the research services analyst team
 </li>

 Extract data as needed for delivery to analyst teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Creation and population of PowerPoint and Excel templates (including leveraging technology such as e-tabs to produce), tables, figures, and graphics, in support of building final client deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpreting data and bulleted text provided by Analysts and other staff and translating them into carefully crafted presentations and other professional deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process primary market research data, including conducting cross-tabulations, statistical analysis (e.g., t-test, z-test, ANOVA, Chi-square) and frequency table (e.g., frequencies, counts, percentages, mean, median, standard deviations) generation
 </li>

 Data validation and preparation &ndash; perform quality checks and cleaning of raw primary market research data
 </li>

 Performing edits on reports, slide decks, consulting projects, and other company publications to ensure professionalism and quality and adherence to house style

 Qualifications
