Job Description 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Estimator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our organisation by preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, analysing data, and contributing to the overall success of our bidding process.<ul><li>
Develop comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects of varying sizes and complexities</li><li>
Analyse blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates</li><li>
Experience in CCS Candy</li><li>
Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues</li><li>
Prepare and maintain a database of previous bids and current cost information</li><li>
Conduct quantity takeoffs and develop detailed cost breakdowns</li><li>
Identify potential risks and opportunities within project estimates</li><li>
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure estimate accuracy and completeness</li><li>
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new estimating techniques</li><li>

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating</li><li>
Proficiency in estimating software such as CCS Candy, or similar tools</li><li>
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings</li><li>
Experience in cost analysis and budget preparation</li><li>
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE</li><li>
Familiarity with MENA region construction practices and market trends</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
