 Role Description
 
 This is a full-time, on-site Call Center role based in Dubai at DC8 Poly Clinic. The Call Center team member will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide information about clinic services and appointments. Daily tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient records in clinic systems, and directing calls to the appropriate departments. The role involves managing call queues, following call scripts and guidelines, and ensuring that each interaction reflects the clinic&rsquo;s standards of courtesy and professionalism. The individual will also support follow-up calls, basic complaint handling, and coordination with front-desk and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
 
 
 Qualifications

 Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service experience, with a focus on handling patient or client inquiries professionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective Communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to clearly explain services, appointment details, and basic clinic procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Contact Centers or call center environments, including managing call queues, following scripts, and meeting call handling metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid Computer Literacy, including familiarity with call center software, appointment scheduling tools, and basic data entry into clinic systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, with strong time management and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other commonly spoken languages in Dubai is an advantage.

 Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, or beauty services is beneficial but not mandatory.

 Maintain accurate inventory records for services and products sold at the Customer Service Desk, ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and reporting discrepancies immediately to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the Customer Service Team Leader and Supervisor in collecting and updating information on in-store promotions, events, and activities to keep the team informed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the Customer Service Team Leader to ensure mall directories are accurate and up to date, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct media inquiries to the appropriate Palm Jumeirah Malls department or representative.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report equipment malfunctions, supplier shortages, or any operational issues immediately to the immediate supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the condition of mall common areas, restrooms, signage, and other public facilities, reporting any maintenance or cleanliness concerns to ensure the mall maintains a high standard of presentation.

 Ensure brochure racks remain clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
