We're seeking a Content Creator to identify, validate, and launch the next wave of features for our Medsien mobile app. This is a highly entrepreneurial, 01 role for someone who wants direct ownership of turning ideas and insight into real products in customers' phones and measurable performance. You will have the chance to experience and participate in the end-to-end new product lifecycle&mdash;from market and competitor analysis, product and brand strategy, advertising alignment, formulation, and material sourcing, through launch and early revenue validation.

As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in establishing strong connections between our product and users. With our talented Product and Engineering teams, you will lead the development of new features, improve existing features, and shape the product processes from scratch. Collaborating closely with support, sales, and marketing teams, you will ensure a seamless feedback loop, enabling continuous product improvements. You will have the opportunity to directly see the results of the features you have proposed, gaining invaluable insights into their specific use cases and challenges and integrating those in our product. As a Content Creator, you will:

<li>Work with After Effects and relevant AI tools to produce high-quality animations</li>
<li>Collaborate with the growth team to align on analytics and key performance metrics</li>
<li>Bring a fresh perspective and artistic approach to video production, beyond pure technical execution</li>
<li>Collaborate in brainstorming and offer out-of-the-box ideas to enhance our advertising content</li>

<li>Availability to work on-site in our Istanbul office on selected weekdays</li>
<li>Marketing mindset with a good sense of storytelling and visual communication</li>
<li>Portfolio demonstrating video/motion work with a creative edge</li>

<li>Interest in visual trends, pop culture, and new media formats</li>
