<ul><li>Lead the efforts to prepare most competitive Techno-commercial proposal in compliance with the client&rsquo;s requirements and technical specifications including assessment of risk.
</li><li>Prepare proposal synopsis for the review of the Line Manager including initial assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with a proposal and submit it to the management for approval to bid or decline.
</li><li>Establishes and actively manages the proposal schedule, proposal budget, bid index, and all required inputs to the bid. Actively monitors and expedites bid preparation progress, identifying any concerns and initiating corrective action.
</li><li>Prepare Table of Contents/Index to Technical, Un-priced and Priced Commercial Proposals with responsibilities and dates clearly identified.
</li><li>Actively prepares scope and effort matrices and coordinates when working with affiliate offices, JV partner or major subcontractors and perform the required integration of inputs for submission to client.
