   Minimum of 5 years of experience in survey inspection, preferably in port or marine construction projects
  </li>

   Proficiency in using advanced survey equipment and techniques
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  </li>
  <li>
   Expertise in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of GIS software is a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong written and verbal communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to challenging project conditions
