PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li> Executes communication and marketing efforts designed to attract top talent, help position CTA as an employer of choice, and positively impact employee and candidate experiences.</li></ul>

o Develops visual and audio-visual products to enhance recruitment marketing and internal employee engagement initiatives.
