  Key Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS:</b><br>

 Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications.<br>

Hands-on experience with firewall management and VPN configuration for secure remote access.<br>

Solid understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.<br>
</li><li>
Familiarity with security frameworks (such as NIST or ISO 27001) as applied to corporate IT.<br>
</li><li>
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff.<br>
</li><li>
Experience using ticketing systems and remote monitoring (RMM) tools.<br>
</li><li>
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on proactive problem-solving.<br>
</li><li>
Must be Oman resident<br>

EDUCATIONAL:</b><br>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related field.<br>

EXPERIENCE:</b><br>

 </b>Minimum of 4&ndash;6 years of experience in an IT support role, with at least 1&ndash;2 years specifically focused on or involving junior-level cybersecurity responsibilities.<br>

Experience working within a structured ICT department (ideally in a utility or service-oriented sector) is an advantage.<br>
