The ideal candidate will have a passion for nutrition, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver personalized customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesIMP: Nutrition Support:<ul><li>Assist in designing and reviewing meal plans tailored to clients&rsquo; dietary needs, preferences, and goals (e.g., vegan, high-protein, gluten-free, weight loss).</li><li>Provide nutritional guidance and answer client queries about meal plans, portion sizes, and dietary requirements.</li></ul>1. ERP &amp; CRM Management<ul><li>Update customer records on CRM if available</li><li>Log interactions and track customer concerns for resolution and analysis.</li><li>Use CRM for order tracking or internal coordination.</li></ul>6. Coordination with Operations team and kitchen<ul><li>Collaborate with the kitchen/chef team for special requests or allergies.</li><li>Work with logistics for optimized routing and delivery schedules.</li><li>Provide insights from customer feedback to marketing and product teams.</li></ul>7.
