This role sits at the heart of sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient stock management across locations. 


What You Will Do

<li>Manage end-to-end sales documentation and system updates from booking through to vehicle delivery, including SAP entries, deal packs, insurance, finance, and registration documents</li>
<li>Ensure 100% accuracy and completion of all sales documentation, enabling smooth cross-checking with internal departments</li>
<li>Coordinate tagging, de-tagging, and unit swaps to meet branch and customer requirements</li>

<li>Monitor and manage aged stock, customer-tagged units, and vehicle movement to meet SLA commitments</li>
