 As the Customer Success Manager, you are expected to help enable successful customer experiences that lead to growth.  We&rsquo;re looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sale relationship and ensure customers achieve meaningful outcomes on our product development and manufacturing platform. Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions.
 
Successfully and promptly onboard customers and c onduct remote and in-person training sessions to educate customers on our products and services as well as personalising the sessions based on customer needs and workflows.

What W e’re L ooking F or : 
Required Qualifications: 
Candidates must be Turkish citizens or individual who are exempt from work permit requirements in Turkey . C andidates must possess the necessary work authorization to be eligible for employment without the need for sponsorship or assistance.
 
Fluency in both Russian and English is essential . The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
 
Degree in Geoscience , Petroleum engineering , Petroleum Economics or related discipline and 3 years relevant experience and/or at least 5 years industry experience.
 
Empathy with user issues related to exploration, strategy & geoscience workflows, and an ability to articulate user problem to S&P colleagues in order to find solutions/responses.
 
First class presentation and software demo skills.
 
Proficiency in Gainsight, Salesforce or similar i s an advantage.
 
Industry knowledge ( energy, commodities, finance ) is an advantage.
 
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
 
Ability to work as an integral part of a diverse and geographically dispersed team.
 
Ability to travel to meet clients .
