 Following up on patient&rsquo;s treatment plans with no Delays
 </li>
 <li>
 Arranging for patient scans
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing sending referrals for patients from consultant
 </li>
 <li>
 Invoicing for surgeries and services provided by consultant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adding and canceling clinics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Settling payment with self-pay patients (before service)
 </li>
 <li>
 Sending trust pilot reviews invitations
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to workplace rules and codes of conduct
 </li>
 <li>
 Complying to line manager in work related tasks and instructions
 </li>
 <li>
 Chasing appointment authorization code
 </li>
 <li>
 Chasing embassies for logs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Updating subject lines and invoice logs to ensure smooth invoicing process
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow operational processes to avoid mistakes, delays and errors
 </li>
 <li>
 Complying with the line manager in work-related tasks and instructions
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties within the job role as reasonably identified by the senior management team.
 </li>

 Job Requirements:

 Fluent English speaker is a must
 </li>

 A bachelor's degree in a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience as a personal assistant is preferred.
 </li>

 Strong communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Multitasker and Customer focused
 </li>

 Working Days: Monday to Friday ( Saturday &amp; Sunday off )
