Time is split across three core areas:Hands-on Recruiting (50%)<ul><li>Take personal ownership of complex and high-priority expert sourcing requests that require senior judgment or specialist knowledge</li><li>Step in directly on any project where the team is struggling &mdash; owning the outreach, call, and delivery outcome personally</li><li>Conduct expert screening and qualification calls, producing structured and accurate screening notes</li><li>Manage outreach across multiple channels with a proactive, call-first approach and zero tolerance for passive waiting</li></ul>Team Management (25%)<ul><li>Lead, coach, and manage a team of Associates on a day-to-day basis, setting expectations and holding the team accountable</li><li>Monitor team performance against daily activity targets, flagging underperformance early and taking corrective action</li><li>Review outreach strategy for each live project and guide Associates on how to approach difficult or time-sensitive sourcing requests</li><li>Coach Associates on expert engagement, objection handling, screening quality, and professional communication</li><li>Act as the primary escalation point for all project-level blockers, unreachable experts, and urgent requests</li><li>Coordinate directly with the team on project assignments, priorities, and delivery updates</li><li>Run daily stand-ups and prepare EOD reports submitted every working day by close of business</li></ul>Quality Control (25%)<ul><li>Review all expert screening notes produced by Associates before submission</li><li>Monitor outreach quality across all active projects &mdash; spot-checking messages, call logs, and tracker entries daily</li><li>Ensure full adherence to recruiting SOPs and compliance guidelines across all team activity</li><li>Identify gaps in process, outreach quality, or team behavior and proactively recommend improvements</li></ul>Whom We Are Looking For:Non-Negotiable Requirements<ul><li>2+ years of experience in expert network recruiting, executive search, or a high-volume research and outreach role</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring a junior team with measurable performance outcomes</li><li>Full professional fluency in English &mdash; written and spoken &mdash; with the ability to communicate clearly with international clients and partners</li><li>Proven outreach discipline: comfortable making high-volume calls, handling objections, and following up persistently</li><li>Strong tracker and CRM discipline &mdash; you log everything, on time, every time</li><li>Available to commit exclusively to this engagement during working hours, with willingness to monitor urgent escalations outside office hours</li></ul>Strong Preferences<ul><li>Prior experience at a global expert network firm (any region)</li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or equivalent sourcing tools</li><li>Exposure to EU or US time-zone projects and international communication</li><li>Experience with structured reporting and KPI management</li></ul>This Role Is Not For You If<ul><li>You prefer to wait for inbound responses rather than proactively chasing experts</li><li>You are uncomfortable being held to daily activity metrics and delivery targets</li><li>You cannot commit to full exclusivity on this engagement</li><li>You struggle to balance hands-on delivery with team oversight simultaneously</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Work directly with an international expert network firm serving global consulting and financial services clients</li><li>Compensation and progression are tied to output, quality, and consistency &mdash; not tenure</li><li>Daily exposure to complex global projects across industries, markets, and business models</li></ul>Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
