This position plays a critical role in aligning internal supply chain functions and customer priorities to achieve operational and strategic goals. The CPFR Customer Collaboration Lead is responsible for leading structured collaboration with selected customers in the areas of forecast alignment, replenishment planning, and execution monitoring. The role works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in supply planning, logistics, customer service, and commercial functions, and externally with customer supply chain teams.
