Event Tracking and Technical Setup<ul><li>Own the correct implementation of all tracking pixels, conversion events, retargeting pools, and UTMs.</li><li>Ensure all campaigns track the right actions including leads, calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and CRM linked events.</li><li>Collaborate with the Web Developer to ensure tracking consistency on landing pages and websites.</li></ul>3. Audience Strategy and Presets<ul><li>Build and maintain platform specific audience presets based on clarity data, market research, and MI insights.</li><li>Ensure every campaign uses approved presets and prevent the creation of random, undocumented audiences.</li><li>Maintain segmented pools for Chinese, Russian, international, leasing, listing, primary sales, resale, after sales, and all business units.</li></ul>4. Budgeting and Channel Logic<ul><li>Set budgets based on benchmarks, past campaign learnings, and cost per target metric.</li><li>Document the logic for choosing channels and expected outcomes.</li><li>Maintain budget efficiency by avoiding new ad accounts unless officially approved.</li></ul>5. Campaign Documentation and Learnings<ul><li>Fully document pre campaign logic, targeting, setup, creative choices, and estimated results inside the marketing portal.</li><li>Document all optimizations including date, reason, and impact.</li><li>Upload all creatives, screenshots, and reports with proper tagging.</li><li>Contribute to building the historical knowledge base that future campaigns depend on.</li></ul>6. Coordination with Other Divisions<ul><li>Work closely with Content to align messaging, tone, visuals, and funnel narrative.</li><li>Collaborate with Market Intelligence for segmentation, clarity insights, and competitive analysis.</li><li>Provide the Customer Service Team Lead with clarity support through accurate targeting and forms.</li><li>Support PR and Events when campaigns require offline amplification.</li></ul>7. Performance Optimization<ul><li>Run daily, weekly, and monthly optimization routines.</li><li>Improve CPL, cost per validated lead, cost per walk in, and cost per sale.</li><li>Adjust campaigns based on market shifts, clarity levels, and MI recommendations.</li><li>Prevent internal cannibalization by coordinating with other specialists.</li></ul>8.
