Job Overview:

The Court Support team works with courts all throughout the country to ensure that upwards of 100,000+ court filings / month make it back into our system in a timely manner. As part of this team, the Court Support specialist plays a diverse role with a focus on calling / contacting courts, well as understanding how to use court dockets / websites to obtain the information we need. This role requires daily, active communication with court personnel and other team members across all channels (phone calls, e-mails and even live chats!) with the goal of getting documents back from court and into our server's hands. &quot;Bigger picture&quot; communications involve contacting courts for general updates and statuses as courts operations. This position is remote but located in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Reach out to courts on individual orders and general court status updates, including answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders.</li>
<li>Communicate accurately and professionally through remote voice calls and emails with a positive service attitude while interacting with court personnel, attorneys, and other clients.</li>
<li>Work in Skye (in-house application) to process documents, add informative updates / notes and other data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.</li>
<li>Manage consistent in/outgoing phone calls to assist Courts and customers with questions, as well as managing calls from courts &amp; customers.</li>
<li>Relay relevant, updated information from Courts to our process servers and customers as appropriate.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to find root causes and process inefficiencies that happen as a document makes its way to and from court.</li>

What You Will Do
Responsible for the design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs for the P&amp;W Engine Health Management Services (EHM). Provide direct support to the P&amp;W Proprietary software web based ADEM (Advanced Diagnostics and Engine Monitoring) and most of all background ADEM software applications. Work in the P&amp;W Engine Services Commercial Aftermarket organization as part of the Engine Diagnostics Engine Health Management and Data Services team that provides full turn-key development and support of P&amp;W&rsquo;s engine health monitoring services. Responsible for supporting the Commercial Engines Aftermarket Team that is responsible for providing P&amp;W EHM (Engine Health Management) Services for all GTF and legacy P&amp;W engines under service contracts, including stand-alone EHM, FMP, FHA, Fixed Price Agreements, among others. The services are core to P&amp;W&rsquo;s Digital Strategy and continue to grow in both volume of customers as well as new capabilities that are developed, released and supported in the field by this team.<ul><li>
Work under supervision to support new software development for the Commercial Engine Aftermarket ADEM Operations and P&amp;W Customers.</li><li>
Support the Customer Setup, Customer Support and EMP Billing for ADEM Products in the Commercial Engine Fleet Management Programs.</li><li>
Provide customer assistance and troubleshoot fleet management configurations, software automations, mailbox management and other areas to meet P&amp;W EHM requirements.</li><li>
