A day in the life<br>
You will conduct high-judgment evaluations and deliver high-quality labeled data to train and continuously improve Amazon's Shopping AI model. You will partner closely with Product, Science, and Engineering teams, who are invested in creating solutions that make it easier, faster, and more intuitive for our non-coding workforce to iterate and improve Rufus for customers. You will be part of an Editorial team, which includes creative product and program managers, writers, editors, and language engineers. The Role</b></p><p>
EverOut is seeking a Content Lead to help launch our next phase of growth. This is a full-time, exempt position. In this role, you will serve as editor to our team of staff writers, working closely with the EverOut Manager to develop and implement our content strategy and deliver the core work of EverOut. This position will also work closely with both the EverOut Manager and Head of Product to identify new products, features, and concepts, and build them into the platform. We&rsquo;re looking for an innovative thinker, someone who&rsquo;s willing to experiment and push new ideas, with the flexibility to pivot when things don&rsquo;t (or do!) work out.</p>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Oversee content creation for EverOut
<ul><li>Maintain EverOut&rsquo;s web content and ensure that the site is updated regularly with relevant and exciting material.</li>
<li>Manage writing assignments and deadlines</li>
<li>Edit articles and upload to the site</li>
<li>Ensure our content maintains EverOut&rsquo;s tone and upholds our values</li>
<li>Work with EverOut Manager to create &amp; implement content strategy</li>

<ul><li>Target specific keywords for all articles, to drive SEO</li>
<li>Coordinate with Social Media Manager to push our content over socials</li>
<li>Coordinate with the newsletter team to publish and promote email newsletters</li>

</ul></li><li>Develop new avenues of content and ad revenue
<ul><li>Collaborate with the data and sales teams to find new opportunities for content, and to refresh existing content to meet current marketing needs</li>
<li>Seek out community collaborations and opportunities to get EverOut&rsquo;s name out to the public</li>
<li>Stay on top of local trends and major events, to inform relevant content</li>
