A highly skilled and safety-conscious Electrical Technician to join our maintenance team in a dynamic industrial ammonia plant environment. Your primary role will be to ensure the electrical integrity, reliability, and efficiency of all plant equipment, with a strong focus on supporting our critical ammonia refrigeration systems.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a robust industrial electrical background who understands the unique demands of working with ammonia systems. You will be instrumental in minimizing downtime and maintaining a safe, compliant operation.Key Responsibilities:Electrical Maintenance &amp; Repair<ul><li>Perform routine, preventive, and emergency electrical maintenance on all plant equipment, including high-speed machinery and PLC-controlled processes.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical issues on AC drives, MCCs Panels, sensors, and control circuits.</li><li>Read, interpret, and apply electrical schematics, blueprints, PLC ladder logic, and technical diagrams.</li><li>PLC &amp; Controls Expertise:</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor programming changes on PLCs, HMIs, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).</li><li>Understand and work with industrial communication protocols and networked devices.</li></ul>Ammonia Refrigeration Support<ul><li>Provide dedicated electrical support for the plant's industrial ammonia refrigeration systems, which is critical for maintaining operational stability.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized work area and accurately document all work orders and maintenance activities in the CMMS.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum IT or diploma equivalent is required.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Technician.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.</li><li>Direct experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems and their associated electrical controls.</li><li>Proficiency in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Please mention your current salary and expected salary.</li><li>Do you have notice period, please mention your expected date of join.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Industrial Electrical Technician / Ammonia plant operations: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on marine vessels.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment.</li><li>Service power distribution systems, control panels, generators, batteries, lighting, navigation, and communication systems.</li><li>Install and terminate electrical wiring, cables, and connectors according to marine standards.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliable vessel operation.</li><li>Test electrical systems and verify functionality after repairs or installations.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with applicable marine regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records and service documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, mechanics, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma, technical certification, or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Marine Electrical Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Marine Electrician or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, marine electrical installations, and troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals.</li><li>Familiarity with marine safety standards and electrical codes.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Marine Electrical Technician: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>QID (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
