<li>Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages;</li>
<li>Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research.</li>

<ul><li>A Master&rsquo;s degree or a PhD from a recognized university</li>
<li>Practical work experience of 3+ years in a major or multinational organization</li>
<li>Age bracket (25 &ndash; 50)</li>
<li>Presentation skills along with training experience</li>
<li>PowerPoint skills (English and Arabic)</li>
<li>Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic mother tongue)</li>
