What Required Skills You&rsquo;ll Bring</b></p><ul><li>
Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.</li><li>
10 years of experience in environmental design and construction of large infrastructure, utilities, and landscape projects.</li><li>
At least 5 years of experience in the Qatar/GCC region, including previous PMCS experience.</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of international environmental standards and procedures.</li><li>
Proven ability to upload and manage required documentation within municipality and authority systems.</li><li>
In-depth understanding of safety management systems and procedures.</li><li>
Proven ability to coordinate among different stakeholders to ensure proper processing of environmental permit applications.</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of industry practices, regulations, and permitting processes relevant to infrastructure and building projects.</li><li>
Knowledge of current technology and its effective application to permitting and approvals workflows.</li><li>
Proven experience dealing with local authorities and agencies for design and construction approvals (e.g., municipalities, utilities, transport, environment).</li><li>
Strong understanding of local regulations, codes, and permitting processes.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, planning layouts, and technical specifications.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple permit applications and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with document management systems and basic CAD viewing tools.</li><li>
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear submissions, reports, and correspondence.</li><li>
