Four Seasons Residences at the Pearl Qatar is seeking a Director of Residences to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of their residential business. Four Seasons Residences the Pearl Qatar is located on Doha's iconic Pearl Island having spacious apartments and residences feature full kitchens and stunning views of the city or sea. The private residence units are located on floors 2-6, in addition to the four duplex penthouse units at the top of the building. The property offers a variety of units sizes ranging from studios to duplex. Penthouses, most with private balconies and in-unit domestic helper quarters.
As one of the leaders in branded residences since 1982, Four Seasons currently operate 55 residential properties around the world and 80% of the projects in our pipeline contain a residential component.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Residences drives all leadership and management for all aspects of the Residential operation. They will be the advocate for homeowners and the homeowners governing bodies. They will be required to manage the luxury private residences, fractional ownership units, etc. with specific focus on the following attributes &ndash; Property Management, Financial Management, Asset Management, HOA Management, Service &amp; Lifestyle and People and Rental.
Monitor the development and implementation of Residential brand strategies and supports the team in delivering flawless execution. The Director of Residences will own the development and implementation of property-wide initiatives that deliver products and services that create owner engagement while remaining in-line with the Residential entity governing agreements. Acts as the liaison between the Hotel/Resort, the Developer, and the Homeowner and fosters positive relationships between all parties.

 Primary Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide technical design and engineering services in Civil/Structural Engineering (Onshore) for all assigned engineering projects. Achieving the technical quality of work in accordance with Company procedures, whilst considering quality, schedule, cost and HSE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct Civil/Structural Engineering (Onshore) Engineering activities and in-house site surveys for projects, from initial concept definition phase through to, engineering studies, FEED, detailed design and commissioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the required Company technical assurance practices, engineering standards, environmental and safety policies are incorporated and followed, in work-scopes and whilst conducting Civil/Structural Engineering (Onshore) Engineering activities. Review technical deviations and variations to approved guidelines, codes, standards and practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Engineering Department to review, update and apply Company standards and Company amendments to external standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and co-ordinate activities of a team of multidiscipline engineers to provide timely delivery of technical services to meet the project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordinate engineering designs, develop and review multi-disciplinary work-scopes for projects and other engineering activities. Ensure that the work-scope is comprehensive and clear.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve method statements developed by contracted organizations for scope compliance. Liaise with contracted organizations to resolve technical issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, update and monitor schedules for in-house engineering activities, contribute to external FEED/EPIC scheduling activities and effective project delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct evaluation of technical bid packages for scope compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and evaluate the Contract Changes/Variation to approved guidelines and practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development of personal technical competency and skills and those of Co-workers. Participate in structured training for Associate Qatari Engineers.
 </li>
