Success in this role is measured by timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and strong communication that enhances patient satisfaction and process efficiency.<br/></p><p>Responsibilities:<br/></p><p>Intake Management<br/></p><p>Contact all new patients within 24 hours of referral to complete the Intake Questionnaire and initiate the process for obtaining mobility equipment.<br/>Establish themselves as the main point of contact.<br/>Verify insurance coverage; if unable to complete verification, contact Business Support or submit the claim for business support to verify.<br/>Explain the process and get the patient to commit to the process.<br/>Ensure intake is completed within 5 business days<br/>If the patient is unreachable after 5 days, escalate to the Manager or Sales Representative for potential order cancellation.<br/>If ongoing contact attempts (&ldquo;phone tag&rdquo;) occur, document each attempt rather than canceling the order.<br/></p><p>Scheduling Coordination<br/></p><p>Coordinate and schedule all necessary patient evaluations, including:<br/>Face-to-Face (F2F) physician evaluation<br/>Physical or Occupational Therapy (PT/OT) evaluation<br/>Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) evaluation (for complex orders)<br/>Schedule each step within 3 business days to keep the process moving efficiently.<br/>Ensure scheduling process is completed with 20 days.<br/>If scheduling exceeds 20 working days, PCRs must involve a manager for next steps.<br/>d.
