 The Events &amp; Sales Executive supports the Events &amp; Sales Manager in the conduct of venue hire and catering sales activities. This includes client relationship management, planning, stakeholder coordination, and financial and legal aspects of the venue hire and catering sales process.  Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement a sales plan for the assigned venue hire and catering clients, in coordination with the Events &amp; Sales Manager.

 Conduct proactive sales and customer relationship management activities to promote our venue hire and catering services, including regular outreach to current and prospective clients.

 Maintain accurate databases of clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

 Foster collaborative relationships with internal departments including Finance, F&amp;B Operations, and Museum management.

 Qualifications:

 Diploma or degree in hospitality-related or other relevant discipline

 Well-developed computing skills, including the understanding of relevant IT products and software for internal and external communication (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, ERP, etc)

 We are seeking a Catering Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for securing and servicing catering business from both the social and corporate market through proactive promotion, prospecting, and client relationship management.  Responsibilities

 Secure and service Catering Business from Social and Corporate Market, through promotion, and prospecting, while maintaining standards and revenue.

 Actively solicit new business and respond to inquiries with the intention of confirming profitable catering business and achieving Quarterly Sales Goals. Maintain an active trace/follow-up system on all inquiries and personal sales calls.

 Conduct property tours and entertain planners of meetings, social events, and weddings.

 Act as the liaison between the client and the hotel for all of the client needs. (i.e. hotel rooms, catering and events, audio visual, transportation, off-site event recommendations)

 Communicate effectively with the sales managers responsible for booking various group business, as well as all other department staff members who will be involved in carrying out the needs of a group/guests.

 Finalize the requirements of confirmed bookings while maximizing revenue potential through up selling and ensuring effective communication both written (Resumes, BEO, Daily Reports) and personal contact with all departments for the success of the event. Ensure accuracy of Banquet Checks and provide bill review on completion of program or event. Prepare a monthly booking report.
