 Coordinate &amp; further marketing objectives in the domain of Social Media Platforms as relevant to Brand &amp; Business.
 
 
 Strong Focus on &ldquo;Beating the Platforms Algorithm&rdquo; using Organic Techniques &ndash; SEO based content, Keywords, Alt Text, #s and other Best Practices plus
 
 
 Role will also require coordination within B&amp;M and with Product/Design, B2C &amp; Markets Teams
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Social Media Calendar Structure in alignment with Master Campaign Calendar &amp; Brand Objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication &amp; Content Rollout as per Social Media platforms targeted in alignment with Campaign/Brand Pillar Strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Adherence to timelines for content rollout including scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Research, plan and rollout out content curated for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest and LinkedIn with long-term success objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze the impact of a social media campaign w.r.t pre-defined KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Track results, analyze statistics and keep an eye out for new online marketing opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Coordination with In-House Copy and Creative Team
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely/accurate performance analysis and reporting of specific campaigns &amp; initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Platform specific engagement, campaigns, contests &amp; promotions
 </li>
 <li>
 To be able to build a strong relationship within the department and for this; be flexible, preserve confidentiality and work in a team as well as an individual contributor.
 </li>

 Years of Experience:
 
 
 
 3-4 Yrs. Exp. in the area of Social Media and SEO Management
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 
 MBA in Marketing plus Certification/ Diploma in Social Media/Digital Marketing Courses/SEO and Social Media Platform Knowledge
 
 
 
 
 
 
 KNOWLEDGE&amp; SKILLS:

 2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer (D2C / lifestyle / fashion / beauty experience is a plus)

 Strong command over
 
 Adobe Creative Suite
 
 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Mandatory exposure to AI design tools
 
 such as Midjourney, Firefly, Ideogram, DALL&middot;E, Canva AI, Runway, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of
 
 social media trends, ad creatives, and consumer psychology
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong eye for
 
 color, typography, layout, and composition
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a
 
 fast-paced, high-ownership environment
