Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil &amp; gas processing or petrochemical plants.</p><ul><li>Minimum 10 years in the lifting &amp; handling industry at supervisory level</li><li>Offshore jacket / topside installation experience preferred</li><li>Technical Engineer and / or Industry related qualifications such as OPITO / LEEA / EAL / CPA etc.</li><li>Broad and extensive knowledge in handling &amp; lifting appliance &amp; operations</li><li>Working to International standards such as: BS, LOLER, etc.!</li><li>Experienced in Oil &amp; Gas Industry</li><li>Worked in onshore &amp; offshore operations</li><li>Have working profile such as: Rigger * Rigger Foreman * Rigging Supervisor * Lifting Supervisor * Lifting Superintendent</li><li>Risk assessment in relation to health, safety &amp; environment</li><li>Supervision of critical and heavy lifts</li><li>Planning of critical and non-critical lifts</li><li>Experience in training and coaching is preferred</li><li>H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.</li></ul><p>

<p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC- Site Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for roof repair and waterproofing works,</p><p>The QA/QC Engineer will ensure that all repair works comply with project specifications, approved method statements, international standards, and client requirements.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Quality Control &amp; Inspection</b></p><ul><li>Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs (Inspection &amp; Test Plans), and material submittals.</li><li>Conduct respective inspections, ensure proper installation sequence and workmanship in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.</li></ul><p><b>Testing &amp; Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Identify, document, and track non-conformances (NCRs).</li><li>Ensure corrective actions are properly implemented and verified.</li><li>Coordinate repeat testing where required.</li></ul><p><b>Documentation &amp; Reporting</b></p><p><b>Prepare and submit:</b></p><ul><li>Inspection Reports</li><li>Daily Site Reports</li><li>Material Approval Logs</li><li>Testing Reports</li><li>Completion Reports including before-and-after photos</li><li>Maintain QA/QC records and ensure traceability of materials used.</li><li>Verify compliance with QCS 2014, BS 8217, and project specifications.</li></ul><p><b>Coordination</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Officers, and Applicators.</li><li>Attend project meetings and client inspections.</li><li>Ensure all works are executed in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Support handover documentation and warranty certification</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferably in roofing and waterproofing works.</li><li>Familiar with: QCS 2014, BS 8217, ASTM E1646-95, AAMA 501.2</li><li>Strong documentation and reporting skills.</li><li>Good communication skills in English</li><li>Valid Working at Height Certification (preferred).</li></ul><p>Job Type: Temporary<br/>Contract length: 3 months</p><p>Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month</p>
