Job Description 
The QA/QC Engineer will ensure operational excellence, compliance with Ashghal standards, and the effective functioning of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Traffic Management Systems (TMS), Road Operation Management Centers (RMC), Tunnel Control Rooms, Telecommunications infrastructure, SCADA, and SCATS systems across Qatar&rsquo;s highway and road networks. The role involves developing and enforcing quality assurance and control processes, conducting audits and reviews, and collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to guarantee system reliability and performance.<ul><li>
Quality Assurance &amp; Quality Control</li><li>
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC plans for ITS, TMS, SCADA, SCATS, telecommunications, and related systems.</li><li>
Ensure all operations and maintenance activities conform to Ashghal specifications, Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), and international standards.</li><li>

Contribute to standard operating procedures (SOPs), system manuals, and handover documentation for operational readiness.</li></ul>
6. Risk Management &amp; Safety Assurance<ul><li>
Establish risk assessment protocols and quality checkpoints in collaboration with RMC, tunnel operations, telecommunications and system integration teams.</li><li>
Ensure HSE compliance during all operations and quality audit activities.</li></ul>
7. Stakeholder Coordination<ul><li>
