  Under the direction and supervision of the Head of Financial Accounting, performs a wide variety of complex, professional-level accounting work in the analysis, maintenance and auditing of accounts at OQ SAOC with high quality and in compliance with IFRS Standards.    Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring accuracy and completeness across multi-entity structures.

<br><div><p>The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company&rsquo;s accounting operations, ensuring accurate books, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and managing the accounting team.</p><br>

Assign task review work and support professional development of the accounting team.<br>
</li><li>
Manage and supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll accounting<br>
</li><li>
Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities.<br>
</li><li>
Review and approve accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.<br>
</li><li>
Complete accounting reports, lead the month-end and year-end closing process.<br>
</li><li>
Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting and cost allocation.<br>
</li><li>
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements.<br>
</li><li>
Develop and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.<br>

Requirements</b></h3><p>
QUALIFICATIONS</p><ul><li><br>
 Strong Knowledge of Accounting Standards, IFRS, GAAP.</li><li><br>
 Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li><br>
 Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.</li><li><br>
 Leadership and team management.</li><li><br>
 Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li><br>
 Time management and ability to meet deadlines.</li><li><br>
 Excellent command of English.</li><li><br>
 Experience with the ERP system is a must.</li><li><br>
 Knowledge of local tax laws and regulations.</li></ul><p><br>
EDUCATIONAL LEVEL</p><br>

 Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance.<br>
