Strategic Leadership &amp; Operations Management :</p><ul><li>Oversee the daily caf&eacute; operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.</li></ul><p>2.Maintain high levels of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness:</p><ul><li>Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in working condition, arranging maintenance as required.</li><li>Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels to prevent shortages or wastage.</li><li>Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li></ul><p>3. Staff Management &amp; Development</p><ul><li>Lead, train, and motivate the caf&eacute; team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.</li><li>Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage while controlling labor costs.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.</li><li>Recruit and onboard new employees as needed, ensuring they meet brand standards.</li></ul><p>5. Sales &amp; Revenue Management:</p><ul><li>Drive sales and profitability by implementing promotional activities and upselling techniques.</li><li>Monitor daily sales reports, analyze performance, and implement strategies for growth.</li><li>managing waste, optimizing portion sizes, and improving efficiency.</li></ul><p>6. Marketing &amp; Brand Representation</p><ul><li>Ensure the caf&eacute; maintains brand consistency in service, d&eacute;cor, and overall ambiance.</li><li>Engage with customers and the local community to build brand loyalty and awareness.</li></ul><p><b>KEY REQUIREMENTS / CANDIDATE PROFILE:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Caf&eacute; Manager, Restaurant Manager, Cafe Supervisor or similar role in the F&amp;B industry.</li><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Strong background in coffee, bakery, and casual dining operations.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to multitask and create a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and health regulations in the UAE.</li><li>Strong background in coffee, bakery, and casual dining operations.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and working with ERP software</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month</p><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>The role is based in Abu Dhabi.
