Senior Logistics Analyst

<div><div>Be a partner to ensure high customer satisfaction through incremental improvements of planning and scheduling</div><div></div><div>
In this role, you will be responsible for making sure supplies, stock materials, packages and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely as per HSE requirements.</div><div></div><div>
Here&rsquo;s some of the other things you can look forward to:</div><ul><li><div>
To support and perform Export and Import logistics activity</div></li><li><div>
Process orders and oversees cycle of order fulfilment</div></li><li><div>
Ensure effective coordination of logistics activities with other associates</div></li><li><div>
Inventory monitoring and control of Finished Goods (FG)</div></li><li><div>
Coordinating with warehouse and production for arrival of goods and arrange for shipment</div></li><li><div>
Prepare necessary documents for export both in English and Arabic based on requirement</div></li><li><div>
Communicate with associates for any delay or change in the shipment plan</div></li><li><div>
To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment polices</div></li><li><div>
Maintain optimum stock level of FG always in the warehouse</div></li><li><div>
Maintain MSL of imported items and tinting paste</div></li><li><div>
Ensure cost efficient distributions and reduce FG unhealthy stock</div></li><li><div>
Logistic optimisation and cost control</div></li><li><div>
To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
This role will report to the Senior Warehouse Supervisor and will be based in our Kuwait factory.</div><div></div><div>
Furthermore, we expect that you have</div><ul><li><div>
Graduate in commerce or equivalent</div></li><li><div>
Ideally 3 plus years professional experience within a warehousing and export activity</div></li><li><div>
Preferable to have experience with ERP systems</div></li><li><div>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic will be a plus</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines</div></li><li><div>
Cultural sensitivity and excellent interpersonal skills</div></li><li><div>
Disciplined and structured approach to maintain data in the system</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
