Job Description:
Cadence Technologies is seeking exceptional candidates who thrive in fast paced work environments, managing inventory, and shipping/receiving for a distribution business that supplies world class manufacturing companies sanitary process components for the food &amp; beverage industries. The Field Service Specialist is responsible for providing on-site service needs for the Cadence distribution business, such as valve rebuilds, pump rebuilds, homogenizer services, and scraped surface heat exchanger services. As well as provide on-site startup support for design group projects and process installations to ensure proper installation and smooth startup of newly installed equipment. In between service calls, provide shipping and receiving support for the Cadence business including verifying incoming shipments of materials for projects, open orders and stocking inventory. Schedule and package shipments of finished projects and open orders to maintain customer commitments. Maintain the flow of the inventory in and out of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Work with other Cadence team members to perform on-site valve rebuilds and positive displacement pump rebuilds on projects.
</li><li>Provide support for other on-site services such as homogenizers and scrape surface heat exchangers, as needed, to support the growth of the Cadence business and its customer&rsquo;s needs.
</li><li>Performing unpacking of shipment deliveries
</li><li>Performing a three-way match of packing list to the parts received and the purchase order.
</li><li>Process inventory replenishment orders, in a timely manner, to ensure they are received and stored in the proper warehouse location.
</li><li>Execute cycle counts to ensure the integrity of inventory levels reflected in the system.
</li><li>Managing shipment requirements, such as &ldquo;ship complete&rdquo;, &ldquo;freight collect&rdquo;, &ldquo;partial shipments&rdquo;, etc.
</li><li>Schedule trucks for LTL and dedicated Truckload shipments of projects to maintain project deadlines.
</li><li>Prepare large equipment shipments of pumps, valves, heat exchangers, etc for shipment by building crates and frames to protect the product during shipping.
</li><li>Process pick tickets for process components (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, etc) and parts (gaskets, o-rings, bearings, seals, springs, etc) pulled from inventory warehouse
</li><li>Package and ship parts orders to fulfill orders generated by the inside sales team.
</li><li>Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, perform parts catalog updates, filing documentation, archiving documents, etc. as needed to support the day-to-day operations of the business.
</li></ul>Required Skills and Experience:
<ul><li>Must have experience using hand tools and power tools.
</li><li>Strong understanding of mechanics and mechanically inclined. (not going to be using power tools, but being familiar, get a valve, pick it up, carry it to a table, put it in a clamp, will use an o ring pick, (like an ice pick) going to stab the o ring, rip it/take it off, lift it up out of the valve, concern is they will lift it miss it and stab their hand, disassemble the o ring, reassemble it, grease it, place it in a groove. We have a sheet with a list of tools, wrenches, sockets. be able to carry 50 lbs.
</li><li>Must have experience in maintenance tasks, such as tear downs and reassembly.
</li><li>Must be detailed oriented with a passion for quality.

The Lead Technician will be responsible for installation, termination and configuration, without direct supervision, of access control devices, such as: card readers, request to exits, electrified door hardware, access control panels, analog and IP cameras, camera servers (NVR), power supplies, cable pathway systems and various cable that includes but is not limited to: twisted pair cable, low voltage cable and coax. They will be directly responsible for onsite tasking of Field Technicians and Installers to meet the project milestones set by the Project Managers and Field Supervisors. As a new Pharmacy Technician, you are required to complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program as well as satisfy all registration, licensing and certification requirements according to your State&rsquo;s Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Your Pharmacy Technician duties will be restricted by your manager at first until you complete all necessary requirements. Once you satisfy all requirements and expand your Pharmacy Technician duties, you have the opportunity to continue to build your clinical, technical and insurance knowledge and expertise by leveraging available tools and training to build your pharmacy career.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.50 - $25.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
