<p><b>Job Summary</b><br/>We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Financial Consultant to join our team on a part time basis. This role handles core bookkeeping (AP/AR, invoicing, QuickBooks), supports material purchasing and resale, and focuses heavily on process improvement, moving us from ad-hoc, paper-based workflows to streamlined, documented systems.</p><p>The position starts part-time and hybrid (work from home most of the time, with one required in-office day per week to callibrate with CEO).</p><p><b>Duties</b></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)</li><li>Generate, send, and track customer invoices</li><li>Enter, reconcile, and maintain all financial transactions in QuickBooks</li><li>Handle purchasing of materials, resale tracking, and basic inventory/operational support</li><li>Identify inefficiencies in current processes (things currently come in and get printed out with little structure)</li><li>Design, implement, document, and maintain standardized processes and procedures to streamline operations and bookkeeping</li><li>Provide general operational and administrative support to the team</li><li>Cross-train on preparation of submittal documents and other tasks as needed</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience (QuickBooks proficiency is required)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and a natural process-improvement mindset</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote environment</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and ability to create structure</li><li>Experience in a small business, construction, or materials supply environment is a plus (due to submittals and material resale)</li><li>Reliable transportation for the weekly office day</li></ul><p>Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour</p><p>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Indian Trail, NC 28079</p>

Atrium Health&rsquo;s Musculoskeletal Institute (MSKI) is one of the largest Musculoskeletal programs in the country. We have an extensive network of physicians within the institute including spine, orthopedics, primary care sports medicine, physical medicine, and rehabilitation.<br>

This APP will support a Surgical Sports Medicine physician joining the Union market and will function as an integrated member of the Orthopedic Surgical care team across clinic and procedural environments.<br>

<b>Details About the Opportunity</b><br>
<ul><li>Full-time opportunity</li><li>Monday through Friday schedule</li><li>Hours will vary based on surgery schedule, clinic coverage, and call burden</li><li>Participation in rotating call schedule required, including weekends and holidays</li><li>Clinical and surgical support within a high-volume Orthopedic Surgical Sports practice</li><li>Evaluation and management of orthopedic conditions and injuries</li><li>Assist in surgical coordination and perioperative patient management</li><li>Perform procedures within scope including splinting, bracing, casting, injections/aspirations, and wound care</li><li>Interpret diagnostic imaging and collaborate on treatment planning</li></ul><br>

Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li>Licensed or eligible to practice in North Carolina as one of the following:</li><li>Physician Assistant</li><li>Acute Care Nurse Practitioner</li><li>Graduate from an accredited PA or ACNP program required</li><li>National board certification required (NCCPA or ANCC/AANP as applicable)</li><li>DEA license required or eligible</li><li>Eligible for prescriptive authority through the NC Medical Board or NC Board of Nursing</li><li>BLS for Healthcare Provider from AHA required with expiration greater than 90 days from start date</li></ul><br>
