Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Receive, inspect, and store fresh fish and seafood deliveries.</li><li>
Clean, scale, gut, fillet, and portion fish according to customer requirements.</li><li>
Ensure all seafood products are fresh, properly labeled, and attractively displayed.</li><li>
Maintain proper temperature control and storage conditions.</li><li>
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.</li><li>
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management and ordering.</li><li>
Provide customer assistance, including product recommendations and preparation advice.</li><li>
Ensure work area, tools, and equipment are clean and sanitized.</li><li>
Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of products.</li><li>
Comply with company policies and local health regulations.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Previous experience as a Fishmonger or in seafood handling (preferred).</li><li>
Knowledge of different types of fish and seafood.</li><li>
Skilled in cutting, filleting, and seafood preparation techniques.</li><li>
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.</li><li>
Ability to work in cold and wet environments.</li><li>
Good customer service and communication skills.</li><li>
Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy loads.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Training or certification in food handling or seafood processing.</li><li>
Experience in retail or hypermarket environments.</li></ul><div><br>

Working Conditions:</b></div><ul><li>
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>
