The Position</b></p>

<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>

<li>At least 3 years of hands-on litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense, premises liability, and general liability.</li>
<li>Experience handling trucking-related litigation matters is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Understanding of NY Construction Law (Labor Law &sect;&sect;200, 240, 241), preferred.</li>
