Position Summary 
The Beach Club Bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a vibrant beachfront setting. Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards</li><li>
Provide friendly, engaging, and professional service to all guests</li><li>
Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and specialty beach club offerings</li><li>
Ensure bar setup is fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times</li><li>
Accurately process orders and payments using the POS Aloha system</li><li>
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service practices</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area in compliance with health regulations</li><li>
Collaborate with cocktail servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service</li><li>
Assist with inventory control, restocking, and end-of-shift closing duties</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or resort-style environment preferred</li><li>

About Us: Starboard Side Cafe is a growing, made-to-order brunch business that I personally opened in January 2024. We focus on fresh, healthy, locally sourced ingredients and serve our Galveston community on the west of the island. We operate from a fully equipped commercial food trailer with outside seating, location on the West Beach of Galveston Island in Jamaica Beach. Additionally sometimes we serve at markets, conventions, and special events. Our long-term vision is to open a brick-and-mortar caf&eacute;, and we&rsquo;re looking for team members who share our passion and want to help us grow in that direction.Position Overview: We&rsquo;re seeking a Mobile Caf&eacute; Crew Member who will take an active role in food preparation, kitchen and food safety, customer service, and brand promotion. <div>Grand Galvez Hotel and Spa is looking for competent Bartenders to take and deliver orders. You'll be the face of our lobby and restaurant bar and responsible for our customers' experiences.<ul><li>
Provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers.</li><li>
Serves drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.</li><li>
Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.</li><li>
Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes.</li><li>
Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.</li><li>
Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submits orders to supervisor; assists with receipt of deliveries.</li><li>
Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor.</li><li>
Ensures smooth operation of bar services during absence of supervisor.</li><li>
Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.</li><li>
Assists with orienting new employees to their work area.</li><li>
Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.</li><li>
Instructs personnel in use of new equipment and cleaning methods and provides efficient and effective methods of maintaining work area.</li><li>
Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.</li></ul>
