The Wireless team is responsible for analyzing US telecommunication costs using TEM software applications and working closely with Sakon customers based in the United States. Important metrics include process design, customer engagement and relationship management, customer satisfaction and SLAS compliance, inventory management. The Lead Analyst will be accountable for the performance, quality, resource planning, and meeting/exceeding contractual service level agreements (SLAs).  &bull;Be the Lead Analyst for various US based and international clients to manage their telecom spend and processes using GSG Mobile Manager Software.
