About the Role</b></p><p><br>
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ITS Asset Manager (Roads O&amp;M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will act as the coordination interface between the ITS Operations/Technical Teams and the Asset Management function, ensuring that operational, maintenance, performance, and lifecycle data from road control centers (RCCs), tunnel control centers (TCCs), communications networks, and associated control systems are accurately captured, structured, analyzed, and translated into asset management insights and strategies.</p><ul><li>
Asset management of ITS infrastructure including Road Control Centers (RCC), Tunnel Control Centers (TCC), communications networks (fiber backbone, switches, transmission systems), SCADA/ATMS platforms, server rooms, power and UPS systems</li><li>
Coordinate with ITS core technical experts to collect, validate, and structure asset and maintenance data for asset management purposes</li><li>
Develop asset maintenance strategies in conjunction with technical experts</li><li>
Maintain and continuously improve the asset register, hierarchy, and classification in alignment with contract requirements and asset management best practices</li><li>
Analyze maintenance data (MTBF, MTTR, availability, failure trends) and convert operational KPIs into asset performance indicators</li><li>
Develop criteria for condition assessment and asset performance scoring, supporting risk-based prioritization</li><li>
Support lifecycle planning, renewal forecasting, and long-term capital investment planning</li><li>
Identify recurring failures, systemic risks, and obsolescence concerns, and propose mitigation strategies</li><li>
Prepare comprehensive asset performance reports and dashboards for internal management and Client reporting</li><li>
Ensure data integrity within EAMS systems and validate correct failure coding and asset tagging</li><li>
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated approaches to ITS operations and asset management</li><li>
Support audits, contractual compliance reviews, and asset-related deliverables</li><li>
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance strategies and asset governance processes</li></ul><p><b><br>
What do we need from you</b></p><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar discipline</li><li>
Minimum of 5&ndash;10 years of experience in infrastructure operations &amp; maintenance, ITS systems, or asset management environments</li><li>
Strong knowledge of asset management principles, lifecycle planning, and performance monitoring</li><li>
Experience working with EAMS systems and infrastructure data management</li><li>
Familiarity with control centers, communications networks, SCADA/ATMS platforms, and critical IT infrastructure</li><li>
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured asset data</li><li>
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>
Ability to work in a multicultural team environment and coordinate across technical disciplines</li><li>
Experience in GCC infrastructure or transport authority projects is preferred</li><li>

About the Role</b></p><p><br>
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Structures Engineer (Bridges &amp; Highway Structures O&amp;M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a long-term project managing the Strategic Highways Structures in the country.</p><p>
In this role, you will be responsible for the Inspections and Maintenance of bridges and highway structures across the network, ensuring their safety, structural integrity and serviceability in compliance with the contract&rsquo;s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes bridges, footbridges flyovers/interchanges, iconic bridges, tunnels, monuments, culverts, retaining walls, gantries, masts and other highway structural assets.</p><p>
Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements for Inspections, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance, meeting all required SLAs and KPIs &ndash; Effectively eliminating any qualify failures.</li><li>
Ensure accurate utilization of Asset Management System (MAXIMO) to manage and close out Work Orders (Wos) and Service Request (SRs) correctly and efficiently.</li><li>
Maintain accurate utilization of Bridge Management System (BMS) ensuring accurate inventory, inspection reporting, condition, and performance data.</li><li>
Analyze inspection data to assess structural conditions, identify deterioration rates, plan and carry out corrective maintenance and evaluate structural and/or safety risks.</li><li>
Support and lead inspection teams carrying out different types of inspections of bridges and highway structures, ensuring accurate reporting and acceptable works recommendations.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (e.g. traffic management, lighting, highways, pavement, HSE and other teams) to ensure integrated network operations and maintenance and maximize efficiency.</li><li>
Carry out structural assessments including structural analysis, assessment reporting and determination of structural capacity ratings.</li><li>
Propose capital improvement solutions (including strengthening, rehabilitation, and replacement programs) based on risk, structural capacity, safety impact, and lifecycle cost analysis, and later lead on their delivery.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with relevant standards for inspection, maintenance and assessment in Qatar (which are mainly UK based) and asset management international best practices (e.g. ISO 55000 series).</li><li>
Lead on advancements in bridge inspection technologies, maintenance techniques, and asset management practices and provide tangible input for innovation and efficiency.</li></ul><p><b><br>
What do we need from you</b></p><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil or Structural Engineering.</li><li>
Proven experience in Operations and Maintenance contracts of bridges and other highway structures.</li><li>
Solid understanding of structural behavior and deterioration mechanisms in reinforced concrete, steel, composite and prestressed structures.</li><li>
Proven experience in bridge asset management, condition assessment methodologies, and lifecycle planning.</li><li>
Experience with Enterprise Asset Management solutions (preferably MAXIMO) and Bridge Management Systems (preferably BMS).</li><li>
Proven experience in structural analysis, load rating, and assessment of existing structures.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Structures Maintenance and Assessment standards (e.g., UK Inspection manual, UK DMRB, Qatar QRMM and relevant other standards).</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop risk-based maintenance and capital improvement strategies.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple structural assets simultaneously and getting deliverables right first time.</li><li>
Effective communication skills, including preparation of technical reports and stakeholder engagement.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>
