 Key Responsibilities

 Design visually compelling content for digital and print:

 Social posts, emailers, website assets, business cards, pitch decks, brochures, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen and evolve the Deccan AI brand identity including typography, color, and visual systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain visual consistency across all communication channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product, marketing, HR, and leadership teams to create engaging design deliverables
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 </li>

 What You Need

 2&ndash;3 years of professional graphic design experience (startup experience is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools)
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of branding, layout design, typography &amp; color theory
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience designing assets for both digital and print mediums
 </li>
 <li>
