 ✨ What You&rsquo;ll Do
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design
 
 high-impact creatives
 
 for digital platforms: website, marketplaces, social media, ads, emails, and brand campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Create
 
 performance-driven creatives
 
 for Meta, Google, Amazon &amp; Quick Commerce platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with
 
 marketing, performance, e-commerce, and content teams
 
 to translate ideas into compelling visuals
 </li>
 <li>
 Design
 
 product packaging, inserts, banners, brochures
 
 , and offline collaterals
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and evolve
 
 brand guidelines
 
 across all touchpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Use
 
 AI tools
 
 to enhance speed, creativity, and experimentation (concepting, backgrounds, edits, mockups, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle multiple projects with
 
 fast turnaround times
 
 in a startup environment
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 🧠 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer (D2C / lifestyle / fashion / beauty experience is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command over
 
 Adobe Creative Suite
 
 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Mandatory exposure to AI design tools
 
 such as Midjourney, Firefly, Ideogram, DALL&middot;E, Canva AI, Runway, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of
 
 social media trends, ad creatives, and consumer psychology
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong eye for
 
 color, typography, layout, and composition
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a
 
 fast-paced, high-ownership environment
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 💡 Bonus If You Have

 Experience working with
 
 e-commerce brands or marketplaces
 
 (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.)
 </li>

 Basic knowledge of
 
 motion graphics or video editing
