Key Responsibilities:<ul><li> 
 Develop and implement merchandise plans aligned with the organization&rsquo;s retail and brand strategies.</li><li> 
 Conduct detailed data analysis and forecasting to anticipate product demand, manage stock levels, and drive buying decisions.</li><li> 
 Monitor sales trends, supplier performance, and inventory turnover to ensure optimal product mix and profitability.</li><li> 
 Support pricing and promotional strategies by analyzing market data, competition, and historical performance.</li><li> 
 Collaborate closely with the Head of Retail &amp; Merchandise Planning on budgeting, forecasting, and range planning.</li><li> 
 Manage end-to-end procurement processes &mdash; from purchase requests and supplier negotiations to order tracking and approvals.</li><li> 
 Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, competitive pricing, and high-quality standards.</li><li>

Requirements</h3>
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:<ul><li> 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Retail Management, or related field.</li><li> 
 Minimum 5 years of proven experience in merchandise buying, ideally within hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors.</li><li> 
 Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools.</li><li> 
 Exceptional negotiation and supplier management abilities.</li><li> 
 Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>
