As a Field Service Engineer - Mechanical Heavy Duty Gas Turbine, you will advise and counsel for pre-defined maintenance activities. To the extent specified during the performance of work, such service may also include testing, adjustment, programming and other similar services as agreed upon with the Headquarter Technical assistance team.</p><p></p><p><b>
As a Field Service Engineer - Mechanical Heavy Duty Gas Turbine, you will be responsible for:</b></p><ul><li>
Handling mechanical Inspection of the gas turbine's major auxiliaries as per GE recommended procedures (e.g. level inspection, GG swap etc.)</li><li>
Handling Pre-commissioning and commissioning of oil system, starting system, fuel gas system, air system</li><li>
Assisting Buyer with regular reviews of maintenance activity</li><li>
Discussing any mechanical-related NICs/TILs to the Buyer; plan agreed upon implementation of any recommendations.</li><li>
Responding to the Buyer's technical inquiries utilizing GE technical support services.</li><li>
Maintaining a documented history of all mechanical modifications for the Covered Units.</li><li>
Supporting Buyer's operation &amp; maintenance staff with diagnostics counselling and addressing maintenance /operational issues on Covered Units.</li><li>
Providing on-the-job training of Buyers operation &amp; maintenance staff at no additional cost to the Buyer. </div></div></div></div></div><div><div><div><div><div><p>An exciting opportunity for Buying Support Assistant to work under QDFC &mdash; Food and Beverage.</p><p>
Assist the Buyer to source, develop and deliver a specific range of products at the right cost, right time and the right place to achieve the company&rsquo;s gross profit and to provide coverage for the category buyers during their absence.</p><p>
Operational Accountabilities;</p><ul><li><p>
Accepting/Preparing order files for Buying Officer to respective department to ensure the buying process are completed in a timely and efficient manner.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure accuracy of all data entered into the order system to ensure full, detailed, correct information are sent to the Suppliers.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain all documents and records up to date for internal use and audit purpose.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor and update all shipping order details and communicate ETA to buyers and warehouse department to ensure items are delivered timely to support operation needs.</p></li><li><p>
Process / send all orders through to the suppliers enabling the prompt supply of stocks for the operation.</p></li><li><p>
Preparing meeting reports, monthly reports for buyers and suppliers, such as Shipping Tracking Report, Promotional Report and Weekly Top 50 Report.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare forecasting reports for reordering purposes.</p></li><li><p>
Dealing with suppliers and promoters for the promotion &amp; promotional stock inventory to ensure stock level are managed as per the business requirement e.g., GWPs, FOC stock etc.</p></li><li><p>
Creating New PLU, Update PLU sheet whenever required, completing Price Change Authorization Form, and Vendor Creation Forms for approval.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate price changes with Cost Controller once approved by Buyer/ Category Manager.</p></li><li><p>
Walk the shop floor and warehouse department on a regular basis to review stock levels ensuring it's in line with the business needs.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor availability by stock on hand vs. sales through sales and stock reports.</p></li><li><p>
Monitor and communicate fast- and slow-moving items to buyers for future improvements.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare incentive and uniform allowances for Beauty Advisors/Promoters in line with the company/brand agreement, ensuring payment are proceeding on time.</p></li><li><p>
Co-ordinating with Marketing Team for monthly promotional signage.</p></li><li><p>
Receive daily DC discrepancies report and liaise with supplier to adjust order/ PO/ coordinate damages.</p></li><li><p>
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.</p><p></p><p><br>

</b></h3></div></div><div><div><div><div><p>Qualification and experience:</p><ul><li><p>
High School Qualification with Minimum 2 years of job-related. OR</p></li><li><p>
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 years of job-related experience.</p></li><li><p>
Computer literate with through knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint</p></li><li><p>
Working knowledge in Navision/Oracle will be an added advantage Well-developed interpersonal team-oriented skills Fluent in English language, both written and oral.</p></li><li><p>
Fluency in Arabic a distinct advantage.</p></li><li><p>
Good Knowledge skills</p></li><li><p>
Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with strong influencing and persuasive talents.</p></li></ul><p>
