Job Description 
We are seeking an exceptional Night Manager to join our prestigious hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.<ul><li>
Assist the Room Divisions Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations and guest services</li><li>
Coordinate front desk activities to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth check-in/check-out processes</li><li>
Collaborate with the Room Divisions Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in recruiting, training, and evaluating front desk team members</li><li>
Foster a positive team dynamic that empowers staff to consistently deliver superior guest service</li><li>
Provide ongoing coaching and support to maintain high operational standards</li><li>
Supervise reservation management, ensuring all special requests are accommodated</li><li>
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their stay and proactively address any concerns</li><li>
Implement and promote the hotel's loyalty program</li><li>
Work closely with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food &amp; Beverage, and Security to ensure a seamless guest experience</li><li>
Assist in managing budgets and financial targets for the Front Office department</li><li>
Stay updated on local events and attractions to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in hospitality</li><li>
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and superior organizational abilities</li><li>
Proficiency in hotel management software and property management systems</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices</li><li>
Familiarity with local culture, customs, and attractions in Dubai and the UAE</li><li>
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays</li></ul>
