Job Requirement:
The Hotel Cleanliness Expert ensures the cleanliness, tidiness and maintenance of the guest rooms in his/ her assigned areas according to the hotel&rsquo;s standards. He/she attends to guest&rsquo;s needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Ensure master key is received and returned.</li>
<li>Ensure work assignment is received, correctly filled and returned.</li>
<li>Make up guest room daily</li>
<li>Perform night turndown service daily</li>
<li>Tidy up guest items as directed by procedure</li>
<li>Keep your work environment clean and tidy</li>
<li>Clean and maintain all marble and granite floors daily.</li>
<li>Clean and maintain guestroom and carpets, wallpapers, furniture and bathrooms daily.</li>
<li>Clean and maintain guest hallway carpets, wallpapers and furniture daily.</li>
<li>Report defects on fixed assets furniture and equipment.</li>
<li>Report all Lost &amp; Found to Housekeeping.</li>
<li>Report any unusual and suspicious behavior of guests or staff.</li>
<li>Ensure to comply with the grooming and uniform standards.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with legislated health and safety requirements within the workplace.</li>
