Under direct supervision of the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, the Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning apartment homes to move in standards and for maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas of the assigned property. Incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.

Clean all common areas not less than one time per day</li><li>
Clean and monitor restrooms for cleanliness and inventory of necessities not less than two times per day</li><li>
Care, maintenance, and inventory of any and all equipment utilized to properly to complete job duties</li><li>
Frequent no less than one time per day verbal and written communication with supervisor
</li><li>Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property, co-workers, or residents</li><li>
Maintain the required property uniform and ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times</li><li>
