Position Overview
 
Accordion is seeking a hybrid People Business Partner (HRBP) and HR Project Manager to join our growing People Team. The ideal candidate is a hungry, creative, and detail-oriented individual who is eager to make their mark on all things people at Accordion.  Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. Kaizen Management Solutions is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) and one of New York City&rsquo;s first fully electric cargo bike delivery providers, operating in lower Manhattan. We are redefining last-mile logistics by delivering sustainably, efficiently, and with precision &mdash; one package at a time.We&rsquo;re seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Operations Manager to support leading our E-Bike Logistics and Delivery Operations. We operate from 2:00AM to 11:00PM, with a particular focus on our Breakfast (3:30AM) to Brunch (7:30AM) delivery shifts.
