Recruitment &amp; Hiring<ul><li>Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, job offers).</li><li>Post vacancies on job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.</li><li>Conduct initial candidate screening and reference checks.</li><li>Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.</li><li>Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.</li></ul>2. UAE Healthcare License Processing<ul><li>Handle DOH license applications for healthcare professionals.</li><li>Coordinate DataFlow verification process.</li><li>Process new license applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.</li><li>Monitor license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.</li><li>Liaise with regulatory authorities and PRO for approvals.</li><li>Maintain updated license tracking sheet.</li></ul>3. Employee Onboarding &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare employee files as per UAE labor law requirements.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation (passport, visa, EID, license, certificates).</li><li>Coordinate visa processing and medical fitness procedures.</li><li>Conduct HR orientation for new employees.</li><li>Update HR system and personnel records.</li></ul>4. HR Administration<ul><li>Maintain employee database and leave records.</li><li>Support payroll preparation with Finance.</li><li>Handle probation evaluations and confirmation process.</li><li>Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law.</li></ul>5.
