What you will do 
<div>
Develop and deliver the HR strategy and annual HR plan with business leaders, driving continuous improvement across all HR activities.</div>
<div>Lead onboarding, succession planning, retention, L&amp;D, and performance management&mdash;including improvement plans and promotion governance.</div>
<div>Partner with Group Training to deliver annual training plans, people reviews, and ensure identified successors for key roles.</div>
<div>Oversee employee relations, coaching line managers on engagement (Al‑Futtaim Way), policy adherence, risk mitigation, and disciplinary procedures.</div>
<div>Serve as a coach and change agent to senior leaders; drive engagement action plans; oversee incentives and manpower budgets.</div>
<div>Optimise workforce structures, support reorganisations, track productivity, and ensure localisation/Emiratisation targets are met.</div>
<div>Manage manpower planning, employee cost reporting, and the HR budget, while standardising monthly metrics (performance vs budget, overtime, incentives, casual labour).</div>
<div>Strengthen governance, internal controls, SOP compliance; ensure adherence to HR policies, laws, and uphold Emirati‑only position mandates.</div> 

Required skills to be successful
<ul><li>Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management; CIPD is desirable</li><li>Minimum 5 years as an HR Generalist with prior HRBP experience; automotive sector background is preferred</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of UAE labor law, policy compliance, and commitment to Emiratisation/localisation objectives</li><li>Strong analytical capability and financial modeling skills to interpret and act on monthly HR metrics and budgets</li></ul>
